As a Junior Customer Success Manager you will champion SportsRecruits’ customer onboarding experience. You will focus on all components of fully launching the SportsRecruits platform within the customer's organization, and contribute to their ongoing success with the platform by offering feedback and support. Part of that feedback and support will come through consistent contact and communication with our existing members.
